Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days depending on the product, quantity, and finishing options selected. Rush production is available for many items — contact us with your deadline and we will confirm feasibility. Complex projects such as custom packaging or large-format installations may require additional production time, which we communicate upfront in your quote.
Yes. While we offer standard sizes for business cards, flyers, and posters, we regularly produce custom dimensions for banners, signage, packaging, and specialty products. Include your exact measurements in the quote form and our team will confirm production feasibility and pricing.
Absolutely. You can upload your print-ready files through our quote form. Our pre-press team reviews every file for resolution, color mode, bleed, and font embedding before production. If adjustments are needed, we will contact you with specific recommendations at no charge for basic file review.
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, SVG, TIFF, JPG, and PNG. For best results, supply a PDF with embedded or outlined fonts at 300 DPI resolution with 0.125 inch bleed on all sides. Native Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and InDesign exports are also welcome.
Yes. You can pick up orders at our Austin facility during business hours, or we can ship to any address in the United States. Delivery options and costs are included in your quote so there are no surprises at checkout.
We stock a wide range of coated and uncoated papers from 80gsm to 450gsm, including gloss, matte, silk, and uncoated finishes. Specialty stocks such as linen, kraft, and synthetic waterproof materials are available for menus, labels, and outdoor applications. Request paper samples if you are unsure which stock suits your project.
Yes. We provide digital proofs for approval before production on most orders. Physical press proofs are available upon request for color-critical projects at an additional charge.
If your order does not meet our quality standards or differs materially from the approved proof, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. See our full Refund Policy for details on eligible claims and resolution process.
We focus on production and pre-press file preparation. If you need design assistance, we can recommend trusted local designers or review your existing files for print readiness. Contact us to discuss your project requirements.
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and major US holidays. Email inquiries received outside business hours are answered the next business day.
