These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Print Apex website and the purchase of printing services from Print Apex, located at 2847 Industrial Boulevard, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78744, USA. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Print Apex provides commercial printing services including but not limited to business cards, marketing materials, signage, packaging, and large-format printing. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

Quotes and Orders

Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. An order is confirmed only upon your written approval of the quote and/or digital proof, and receipt of any required deposit. Prices are subject to change if specifications change after quote approval.

Artwork and Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork is print-ready, legally owned or licensed, and does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify Print Apex against claims arising from content you supply. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

Proofs and Approval

Digital proofs must be reviewed and approved before production. Once approved, you accept responsibility for content, spelling, color representation (within normal print variance), and layout. Reprints due to client-approved errors may incur additional charges.

Production and Delivery

Stated turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, unless explicitly agreed in writing. Delivery dates may be affected by factors outside our control including shipping carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon pickup.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in your quote. We may require full or partial payment before production begins. Late payments may incur interest and suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Apex's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
